🕒 Please note:

  • The return window is open for 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all tags (if any were attached).

>>Refunds

For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated after a successful return pickup. The refunded amount will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business working days.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
